NOTICE OF EXISTING REAL ESTATE
PURCHASE AGREEMENT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
It is hereby made of public record that a Real Estate Purchase
Agreement, dated the ,z._~'/~ day of-~~, 2005, by and between PAUL N.
SCHERBEL LIVING TRUST, Dated November 1 1th, 1992, (hereafter "Seller") and
KARL F. SCHERBEL and HOLLI SCHERBEL, husband and wife, Purchaser, exists for
the purchase of the following described real property situate in the County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming, to-wit:
186 Morning Star Drive, Unit A-2
Alpine, W, yoming 83128, more particularly described as follows:
Unit A-2 of the Palisades Heights Townhouses, A Condominium
Addition to the Town of Alpine of record in the Office of the Clerk
of Lincoln County, Wyoming as Plat No. 249-A.
Subject to any easements, rights-of-way, mining or mineral reservations, of sight
or of record, legally acquired.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all
reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
Said Real Estate Purchase Agreement is being held in escrow by the
BOWERS & ASSOCIATES LAW OFFICES, PC, Alton, Wyoming.

instrument on behalf of the PAUL N. SCHERBEL LIVING TRUST, Dated Novemger
11th, 1992, to be the free act and deed of the Trust.
