KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Steven L. Roberts, of the
County of ~.\-~-k.~c~Lf , State of Utah, in consideration of the sum of Ten
($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is
hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised released, conveyed and
quitclaimed and by these presents does for his heirs, executors and
administrators, remis, release and forever quitclaim unto Sheree L. Raska
whose address is 18325 West Henderson Road, Medical Lake, WA 99022, all
such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as he may
have or ought to have, in and to the following described premises to-wit:
Lot 30 in Star Valley Ranch Plat 14, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
