the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
' waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws &the state to wit:
SWI/4NWI/4 of Section 7, T28N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
TOGETHER WITH an easement for ingress and egress to include:
A 30 feet right of way following the existing dirt road for access into Shale Hollow, located in
the WI/2NWl/4SWI/4 of Section 20, T28N RI 19W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming.
ALSO, a 30 foot right of way following the existing dirt road through Right of Way WYW-
133973 as issued by the Bureau of Land Management.
ALSO, a 30 foot right of way following the existing dirt road through Section 6 & 7 of T28N
R119W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
