KNOWN by all these presents that I, Donna K. Mitchell, have
made, constituted and appointed and by these presents do make
and constitute and appoint David A. Fagnant, of Quality Realty,
P.O. Box 72, Kemmerer, WY 83101, my true and lawful attorney
for me and in my name, place and stead for my use and benefit
as follows:
To execute all documents necessary for the sale of,
including, but not limited to, Deeds, Contracts,
Waivers, Settlement Statements and any Lender required
Buyer documents, for the following described property
located in Lincoln County, Wyoming described
folloWs: as
Legal Description:
Lot 11 of Block 3 of the Lincoln Heights Subdivision
to the Town 0f Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof
known as: 913 3rd West Avenue

Giving and granting unto said attorney full power and attorney
to do and perform all and every act~ whatsoever requisite and
necessary to be done in and about the above stated premises,
as fully to all intent, and purposes as signer might and could
do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming
that said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done in
the above stated premises by virtue of these presents.
